RAMP FAQs for Publishers

 

  1. Ads are reserved one title at a time.
  2. Open the Summer Email or Winter Catalog reservation form.
  3. Enter the required information and choose your ads. If you don't have the descriptive copy or jacket image, you can add this later. Title metadata, Winter Catalog, and Summer Email campaign selections can also be edited later.
  4. When you have finished adding information for your reservation, you're ready to confirm and submit your order. If you have more reservations to submit, simply reload the form to submit your next ad. If your session is complete, you may request an email confirmation and close the tab.
  5. Your Publisher Hub will update with your new reservation information.

  1. Click the blue "Edit this Ad" button on the title information card. Tip: to find your ad, start typing in the search box to instantly filter.
  2. Make your desired changes. You may edit all title metadata, and the association catalog and email campaign selections.* When you're finished, click the red button to save your edits. The title information card will instantly update. You may make changes as often as you like. Tip: if you're replacing a jacket or banner image, click on the existing image, delete it and then upload the new image.
  3. If you'd like to replace a title or banner, add the new information and save your changes. The title card will instantly update.

* You may only edit the Catalog and Email campaign selections. You cannot change the number of reservations. For any questions that will affect the amount you are invoiced, please contact Suzanne Shoger.

If you'd like to add a Winter Catalog reservation to an existing reservation, read below. If you need to reserve an ad for a new title, follow the instructions in the tab above.

Note: you may only add a Catalog reservation to an existing ad. Other requests that would affect the amount on your invoice should be directed to Suzanne Shoger.

  1. Click the "request" button at the bottom of the title information card.
  2. Enter the required information and submit the form.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation of your request, but your title card will not update until your order is processed. If it doesn't update within 24 hours, please contact us.
